Overview

RK PPC Marketing Limited ("we", "us") operates internal tools that connect to Google APIs to manage advertising accounts and business communications on behalf of our clients. These tools are used exclusively by RK PPC staff and authorised partners.

Data We Access

Our internal tools access the following Google services via OAuth:

• Gmail API — Read, compose, and manage emails for business accounts owned by RK PPC. Used for email triage and draft management.
• Google Calendar API — Read calendar events for scheduling and daily briefings.
• Google Content API (Merchant Center) — Monitor product disapprovals and feed health for client Shopping campaigns.
• Google Ads API — Analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and manage advertising accounts.

How We Use Data

Data accessed through Google APIs is used solely for internal business operations: account management, performance reporting, and client communication. We do not sell, share, or transfer data to third parties except as required to provide advertising management services to our clients.

Data Storage

OAuth tokens are stored securely on our private servers. API data is processed in real-time and cached temporarily for dashboard display. We do not store email content or calendar details beyond the current session.

Data Retention

Advertising performance data is retained in Google Sheets for reporting purposes. OAuth tokens are retained until revoked. No personal data beyond what is necessary for account management is stored.

Your Rights
